The staff were amazing, super helpful. Very knowledgeable about the area.

We were thankful for the place to stay. We booked online last minute and took a chance. It was a little further into town, but well worth the drive. We really were thankful for great customer service that late in the evening. Very friendly and kind to my 8 year old. He was even impressed. Was a family friendly location and we appreciate that. We are from Maine and so my son wanted to swim... and well it was chilly. Fireplace that close to the pool was definately an added bonus for cold Mom watching son swim!

I was in town for the run Sedona half marathon and this hotel was walking distance to the race start. There was also a race shuttle stop near by but I didn't use it. Hotel Parking was easy. I was able to get a spot near my door. I didn't hear any noise from other rooms. The room got fairly dark with the blackout curtains closed. The hotel was close to restaurants and stores.

The room was extremely spacious, comfortable and loved using the spa/tub! The general manager Mr. Vishal Patel and his associate Austin went out of their way to be hospitable, friendly and helpful in finding places to eat and hike. The breakfast was quite good, although by the time we arrived the eggs were a little dry, but everything else was wondrfull! We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to return on our next visit.
